Month 01
Design your new high-leverage offer.
We'll start by auditing your existing offer to see where it falls down in terms of leverage. This will help us figure out the best levers to pull when it comes to your new offer.
From there we'll pick the most valuable problem to focus on and design a standardised offer around it: scope, structure, pricing, positioning, and the language you'll use to sell it.
You'll leave Month 1 with a fully-designed offer, a validated price point, and a list of prospects ready to hear about it.
Month 02
Launch it with your audience.
Then we'll build the launch with a landing page that converts, announcement content that warms your audience without sounding salesy, and a sales process that moves interested prospects into clarity calls.
We'll work through the messaging together, sharpen the offer based on early conversations, and adjust as real feedback comes in.
You'll leave Month 2 having launched publicly, fielded your first inbound enquiries, and ideally closed your first one or two clients.
Month 03
Streamline sales and delivery.
Finally we'll use what we've learned from those first clients to tighten everything up in terms of sales and delivery.
We'll refine the offer based on what landed and what didn't, standardise your delivery so it doesn't sprawl into chaos, and build the sales muscle that keeps the pipeline moving.
You'll leave Month 3 with a refined offer, a repeatable delivery process, and the systems to keep selling without me holding your hand.

Who is this for?
I work with established experts. Consultants, coaches, creators, etc. who are constantly selling out their offer but are constrained by actually delivering it.
Who is this NOT for?
If you're struggling to sell anything at all and don't have any kind of ongoing marketing and lead gen, then you might be better off fixing that side first before refining your offer.
I've already tried to reposition my offer but it didn't work.
Chances are you mostly focused on the language around the offer and how to market/sell it. In other words the top half of the equation. My job is to help with the delivery side, designing an offer that doesn't just suck up all your time and energy.
How long does the program last?
It's a 90-day engagement so basically 3 calendar months. This is to make sure I not only give you the best possible starting point but make sure you're held accountable when it comes to launching and sticking with it.
What happens on the weekly calls?
The focus of each call varies depending on where you are in the process. Early on they'll be more strategic in nature as we work on your positioning and offer. On later calls we might focus more on workshopping copy or marketing together, practicing for sales calls, or discussing your client work.
Are you just coaching?
Think of me as a strategic thought partner who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. I'll be there to guide and advise on your journey, but also will muck in and be an extra pair of hands for writing the odd bit of copy or content and things like that.
How long will it take to see results?
Generally speaking you should start to feel the benefits of the accelerator by the time we finish. Some people will see quicker results depending on their current pipeline, audience size, speed to launch, and so on.
What happens after the 90 days?
The goal is for you to leave the 90 days with a high-leverage offer that's live, validated, and has has already started selling. If you want to keep working together after that (to refine the offer, improve your sales process, or work through delivery challenges) we can move to a month-to-month advisory arrangement.
